Such a drudgery of days lived

A state of frozenness of time

Life, after all, is still moving.

Seeds of beauty grace and honour

Reside within, nourished –

By the tears of sorrow and pain.

When is hope’s grandeur

To touch life’s quiet sacred suffering

Ponder and dream, of prayers and longing.

Sometimes, hope is an illusion forever

Broken pieces of life garner

The uncarved path to hope.

May be illusion, may be dream,

Is how this life is like, now.

Imaginings and visions continue.
