Grief shows the limits of this life. Physical form’s invisibility does not actually mean a complete end to a life. Loss makes it palpable that love for the beloved spans time and reaches beyond time when the body does not exist. So the grieving must decide, when the heartbreak is unbearable, to form a relationship to the existence of the beloved spirit in the unseen world. This is love finding its receiver across the boundaries of worlds.

A grieving soul may accept the loss, recover and return to life with strength and wisdom. And there may be another grieving soul that just cannot rest in the shattered inner space which does not glow without the beloved. So comes the decision, a daily choice to live in two worlds.

One then carries on this life in this world, chores of thriving dreaming stressing and forwarding. Yet one chooses daily to remember the other world with prayerful heart to sense the beloved’s unseen untouched body, cherish the unheard voice, unspoken secrets and dreams, respecting and knowing the beloved is still fully loved and felt within. So one lives in two worlds, with peace and joy.
