Heart is still beating
Announcing it’s majestic aliveness,
Soul doesn’t see for it wants more.
How long, soul asks, shall I wait for peace
A voice hums, forever
Mocking the way of life the body and mind leads.
Soul sighs, touching the heart
How long is forever, is it now?
A voice, holds the silence, for peaceful now.
Aches, pains, joys, bliss, chaos
All in this moment, now
Like quivering waves rising and falling.
Peace is possible, soul learns
Now and forever.
Heart beats to love, this, now.
